Enrich your library programming and book promotion with quick and engaging Book Hooks from TeachingBooks, an LAUSD online literary service that focuses on fostering a joyful culture of reading. During this session you’ll experience how you easy it is to generate QR Code shelf talkers, discover video book trailers, play read-along audiobook performances, and share book-related games that bring books to life for your students, teachers, and families. Book and resource opportunities in connection to the Sora / LAUSD Learning Library will be highlighted too. Each activity covered in this session will be demonstrated in multiple ways so that you are ready to implement these passive and active programming activities in your school library.
